Charlotte and her team at MTS were one of the first phone calls we made after launching our NeXt Level initiative in 2019. She jumped in and walked alongside us for the entire five years of the project, helping us to evolve the research questions over time and identify the key markers of our work. Throughout her time with us, Charlotte adapted her approach to align with the project’s changing dynamics and even guided us in identifying a new framework and measurement tool. The result was a robust final report, which has already shaped and informed the future of our organization’s mission and vision.
