Similar to major corporations checking their networks for vulnerabilities, a review of the web of ministries is needed; especially in the rapidly shifting network of pastoral leaders. This study seeks to both understand and identify ways to support these leaders serving in this critical ministry for the Church. Important elements of this research will include their call to ministry, intent for future service, ministerial identities, and the current realities of ministry to young Catholics. Purpose
This study seeks to both understand and identify ways to support pastoral leaders serving in ministries for the Church. Important elements of this research will include their call to ministry, intent for future service, ministerial identities, and the current realities of ministry to young Catholics.

Participants’ Rights
I understand that my responses will be kept in confidence and will be available only to the research team. Quotes will be used in the final report anonymously with a pseudonym, unless identification is deemed appropriate, then permission will be sought via the email address provided. Any minor referenced will be provided a pseudonym. I agree to have my verbal responses recorded and transcribed for further analysis.

Participant Responsibilities
I acknowledge that I am at least eighteen years old. I understand my rights as a research participant as outlined above. I acknowledge that my participation is fully voluntary. I agree to maintain confidentiality with all that is stated in the focus group.
